Trying to sell a home can be a very exhausting and stressful process, especially for first time sellers. We decided to list our home with Judy after the suggestions she made for our neighbors who had listed with her i.e. staging, de-cluttering and de-personalizing. In addtion, an offer was made the same day it was listed.
Although Judy's to-do list was extensive, we trusted in her judgement and spent two weeks getting the home ready. We have to admit, some of the suggestions seemed over the top, but once we had checkmarks next to all of her suggestions, we were amazed at the transformation of our home. It truly looked like a modle home.
Judy's recommendations paid off; within two months, we had an offer on our home. Judy was able to sell our home and our neighbors home, while homes in the neighborhood that were listed prior to ours, remained on the market.

In short, I would describe Judy as the 'energizer bunny'. She was very quick to get my house listed and responded to my calls and emails at every hour. The listing was effective and the house sold in less than two weeks, soon after Labor Day. With her help I got my full asking price. After the sales contract she recommended a handy man to care care of problems uncovered during the inspection. She kept me constantly informed of developments as the procees moved from contract to closing.
